Question 1

What is ProvenPix?

Accepted Answer

A tool for ecommerce sellers and creators: lock an Upload Record before you list, spend credits to monitor for lookalike listings, and prep complaint materials. You file on the platform yourself.

Question 2

How many credits per check, and how do packs differ from monthly?

Accepted Answer

One full monitoring check costs 10 credits. Credit packs and a monthly plan are listed on the pricing page; monthly includes scheduled rechecks and higher batch quotas, and members get pack discounts.

Question 3

Do you train AI on my images?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.

Question 4

Is every monitoring hit a stolen photo?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Hits may be exact or visual matches; open the page and confirm yourself before treating a link as a complaint.
